Demolition

McGuire Haulage is one of the longest established Irish companies in the controlled demolition industry for industrial, commercial and domestic projects of all scales. The company has been the choice of top building companies working with them on a range of projects that have included hospitals, industrial sites, schools and new housing developments.

We work closely with recognised experts in both Health & Safety and Site Remediation so our customers can feel confident that the highest Industry standards are upheld.

Our process involves consultation with the customer at all stages. The preliminary step is an on-site visit where we determine the scope of the project and identify any special requirements such as reclamation and recycling of materials for future on-site use.

A full Health and Safety and Risk Assessment is prepared. We also identify at this stage any potential presence of various materials that require specialist handling, and plan their safe removal. If necessary, we work in partnership with specialists in site remediation.

The next step in the process is the controlled demolition of the structures and the safe handling and removal of unwanted materials to licensed landfills. We can crush demolition rubble on site and use it on the projects for suitable fill material while all timber and metal waste will be recycled.

Our customers site is left clean and tidy with all hazards removed to a licensed waste facility. McGuire Haulage Refuse is taken to landfills and any reclaimed resources are stored safely on site, ready for use. McGuire  Haulage is one of a small number of Irish haulage companies permitted to manage all site waste streams under our hazardous waste collection permit. We also hold a license to carry contaminated soil.Republic of Ireland;- Charity No: CHY 15707
